Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your cart.

After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order or dispatch the goods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Valecier products are decorative jewelry, bridal jewelry, tiaras, crowns, accessories, or jewelry sets with high-quality sparkling details. Materials, dimensions, and care instructions can be found in the respective product description.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown in the online store are displayed in the currency indicated.

Additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Valecier until full payment has been received.

Personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us first.

Product Care

Our products should be handled with care. Jewelry, tiaras, and accessories should be protected from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, chemicals, and strong friction.

Please store items dry, separately, and protected to preserve their shine and delicate details for as long as possible.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect care, external impact, or normal wear and tear does not constitute a product defect.

Gift Cards, Discounts, and Promotions

Discounts, gift cards, and promotional offers may be limited in time and may be subject to separate conditions.

Cash payment of gift cards or discounts is excluded unless required by law.

Valecier is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In the case of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreements directly with our customers. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@valecier.com.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless legally required.

Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection regulations of that country remain unaffected.
